Having to live down south is made easy in terms of accessibility with the help of the newest road networks interconnecting multiple provinces in the South like Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Quezon all the way down to Bicol. This also helps people access major cities, malls, recreational activities, leisure and tourist destinations by land. Provinces in the south are not anymore about just cows, farm lands and old traditional lifestyle stereotypically. They are now emerging cities that are expected to continuously grow in property value for the next 5 to 10 years.
